*Okay so I try to keep hush hush about auditions that I go on, just in case I don't get the part. Can't think like that anymore. Because I WILL get the part (but if I don't, it was not meant for me). I'm going to share this with you because someone shared it with me.

One thing I learned from working as a casting assistant is research who you are auditioning for, what you are auditioning for, any information you have about the audition. All the information was given to us by the director. He set up a blog for the short film and it followed his work throughout pre-production. [
This Time Movie Blog ] I also learned to be yourself and Have Fun! (I'm still improving with unleashing my full personality) The Audition was UStreamed, exciting and new. :)

If you get the role, Great! You were confident and prepared and your talent shined through. If you don't get the role, Great (well not so great) but still Good, because first impressions are lasting impressions and you just made an impression. You just wasn't right for it and they found someone who was. It's all about getting the best quality work. so
SMILE it may be your role the next audition!
**Oh I forgot to tell you. On my way to the audition I was right behind this bus, and it got off on my exit and turned right, just like me.
it says "follow me to New Life". I noticed it and said hey that's smart and then I said wait a minute... God are you trying to tell me something? I am LOVING it and following.
